Ingredients
Chicken Drumsticks
Salt
Sugar
Soya Sauce
Cooking Oil
Large Onion (White ones)

1.Cut up chicken meat to bite size,
2.Squeeze dry the meat.

3.Marinate with a pinch of salt, soya sauce, and a little bit of sugar, for a lest 15 minutes, Heat up the wok/ frying pan with some oil. when you see steam rising from the wok put in the chicken meat. Turn the heat down, when you can smell the fragrance turn it over. Fry it until 70% cook.

4.Next, cut some large onion and fry it in a little bit of oil, cook it until it reaches the consistency you want. Pour in the chicken, add a little bit of water, cook it until the gravy gets thick. Dish out and serve. You can add in some oyster sauce for the cooking if you like.

Always start with a low fire, since you are a novice in cooking.

and ta-da ! you made a basic stir-fried chicken ! Wink never thought you could do it ? think again ! and the above recipe is actually copied and pasted from my dad's email lol!
