Re: Urbanest
I had went for viewing the apartment 2 days ago.
I think Urbanest is better than Unilodge in terms of rental although the room is abit smaller compared to UV and Unilodge.
Also, all utilities are included such as electricity and water bills.
Internet is also included but I think you will need to upgrade because only 500MB/month.
Lastly, it's near to tyram station and also Uni and thus it's quite convenient for students.

Re: Urbanest
Dear students,
Please wait as I am actually arranging for an agreement with Urbanest to get a better deal in terms of what is offered in the apartment. Once it is confirmed, I will post something up here to inform you about it. If there is any inquiries, please send me an email at kelvin.yeoh@unisa.edu.au. TQ

Re: Urbanest
Yeah, I think it is quite a good accommodation. The only drawback is the slightly high price. Thus, if you are able to get a better deal on it, I suppose there would be nothing to pull students back from registering it.
Re: Urbanest
i really hope so... still organizing something for it... hope you guys will get a better deal..

Re: Urbanest
The difference is that we are not selling it at promotional price. That is only for 50 apartments, but if you take 225, you still have to pay for internet and you got no tv and other stuff... so quite ma fan lo... understand ar?

Re: Urbanest
sorry but im a bit confused
is there a possibility that someone post up all types of urbanest units available here and their price?
that would make things much clear, coz the website only post up "From $180" and "4 and 6 single rooms per unit" which does not correlate and i find it misleading

so i want...3 rooms =]
have you signed any contract yet? if you haven't then yes i can help you. do promote it to your friends as well as this is much better than what urbanest is giving out cause i think without a tv, sometimes its quite bad and also internet with only 1 gb, i dont think its enough for anyone.
anyway, do confirm that with me via email at kelvin.yeoh@unisa.edu.au thanks

i'm not sure chin wynn, but from what i understand, urbanest is CURRENTLY selling their 6 bedrooms at 225/person with 1gb internet. and this is only for the first 50 customers.
i'm giving a promotion at 245/person for the 6 bedroom apartment with the other stuffs which i have typed out in red on the first post. sorry i cant really help you regarding your questions cause i'm not really sure as well
