Ingredients
1/2 Large Onions
2 or more eggs
Soya Sauce
Salt
Sugar
Pepper (White or Black is all right)
Sesame Oil

1. Peel 1 or 2 large onions ( depending on the size) and cut them up whichever way you like.
and keep it aside.

2. Next, break up 2 or more eggs (again depends how much you can eat) in a bowl. Add in soya sauce, a dash of salt, a dash of sugar, a dash of pepper, sesame oil and beat it lightly to the consistency you want.

3. Heat up a wok with some oil, put in the onion and cook until it is soft enough. Then pour in the egg and fry in low heat. When it is almost done turn up the heat a bit to get the aroma.
Dish up and serve.
