Basic Stir Fry Vegetables Empty Basic Stir Fry Vegetables

Ingredients
Any vege would be all right
Few Cloves of Garlic 2 or 3 (a bulb = whole garlic, clove = the smaller sacks of garlic)(did I even put it right ?)

Extra Seasoning

you can either use salt/soya sauce/sugar/oyster sauce to season the vege.

Most of us use oyster sauce, however, we should not use too much as too much oyster sauce is not good for health (or so they say)

1. heat up the wok/pan with cooking oil, once its hot enough (dip a wooden spoon or chopsticks and see if bubbles are coming out from the dipped part, if there is, means its hot enough)

2. throw in the garlic and stir fry till you can smell the garlic's fragrance, then you can throw in the vege.

3. after a while, you can add in some water and some oyster sauce, if you don't want to use oyster sauce, sprinkle some salt or some sugar instead.

4. Don't have to cook to long, try a leaf or two to test and see if its the consistency you want, and dish up once you're satisfied.

Wynn, it's ur turn to cook tonight=) Maybe you can boiled the vege for a while first then pour the sauce on top of the vege=)
