UV said to have small room. urbanest is good if you can afford higher price one. as it include bill and internet.

There is a offer which we have already set up with Urbanest whereby we will be providing you with the premium 6 bedroom apartment at the standard 6 bedroom price.

Premium 6 bedrooms have 30GB internet each which should be enough for you to check your mails, FB, MSN and download a few movies a month. The 6 bedrooms have doors, towels, kitchen utensils, iPod dock, flat screen TV and your own toilet. There are a few more things which are available, if you need more information, go to the Urbanest website and check what is included in the premium room.

You dont need to find for a room mate as well. We can arrange that for you.

Budget of 200, they can either gp to real-estate and find which they might have to share the room because there are many with 2 bedroom apartments; or they can go for UV apartment. All of them don't include electricity and water bill. Last resort is going for urbanest which includes everything.

*be careful about real-estate because according to Australian law, they are not suppose to rent out apartments to people without the person inspecting the house first so there might be a little of the problem there. Let me know if you need more information.

Go to Studentliving.com.Au or go to google and type in UV apartment. If they are going for UV apartment, find someone to introduce to them so that they can get some gift voucher or something.

I heard from a friend saying that some apartments do not provide rice cooker so she uses microwave to cook even for rice. Does UV provide a rice cooker?

Usually not unless the previous tenant left that behind. 90% of the apartments or houses here doesn't provide rice cookers unfortunately but it's not too expensive to get one here
