Registration for on arrival reception

On Arrival Reception is a free service available to all new international students and their partner and children arriving in Adelaide for the first time. By booking for this service online you can arrange to be met at the airport, bus or train terminal and taken to temporary accommodation that you have organised.

The On-Arrival Reception Service is provided 7 days of the week but the services must be booked at least three (3) days prior to your arrival.

Please note: The On Arrival Reception Service is only available to new international students and their partner and children. Other family members and friends travelling with you will need to travel separately, at their own expense, to their arranged place of accommodation. Therefore, if you are travelling with your parents, they will not be allowed to use this service.
